Our newly renovated studio features 3000 square feet of space with a large 1500 square foot yoga room and offers 35 classes per week. Our heated yoga room is fully equipped with climate, humidity, and odor controls which allow us to consistently bring fresh oxygen into the room. We provide full-service changing rooms complete with lockers and showers, hairdryers and toiletries. In an effort to go above and beyond, other amenities include a steam room, massage room, an organic juice bar, and a studio shop stocked with yoga

supplies including mats, towels, water bottles and clothing.

We are centrally located near 195 and I-95 and we provide free on-site parking for your convenience. Our goal is to create an extraordinary environment where you can be present in the moment, enjoy your yoga practice, connect with others and have access to all you health and wellness needs in one place with all the convenience necessary in today's world.
