Change your mind, change your body, change your life. 30 yoga classes in 30 days. This is a challenge, but we know that you are capable of accomplishing it. Make a decision and don't let anything or anybody stop you. The more yoga you do, the better you feel. Yoga creates self-realization; you become you. You know who you are and what you want, and you are ready to attract amazing things into your life. A challenge can help you get there if you trust in the process and just do the yoga. Everything else in your life will fall into place if you believe!
We will have an ongoing challenge board posted at the studio. Make the decision and let us know at the front desk. We will put your name on the board and your challenge starts. There are no restrictions on the day you start. Choose the day and time of year that works for you. The idea is to do at least 1 class everyday. We understand that many of you lead busy lives so if there is a circumstance that you miss a day you can make it up and do 2 classes on the same day. Every time you complete a class pick up a sticker at the front desk so you can keep track of the classes you completed.
Are you still feeling good and 30 days and want more? Keep going and work towards completing a 60 day challenge. Now you are on top of the world; in good shape, clean and free of toxins in your body, have a desire to eat well and treat your body good, you feel connected to your body and the universe, and good things are happening to you. The puzzle pieces are coming together. The light bulb turned on. Don't stop here. Do 100 days and become immortal (at least feel like you are) and get your name permanently on our Wall of Yogis.
We will hold studio wide challenges periodically and we will announce them a month ahead of time so you can plan your schedule. Doing a challenge as a group makes it fun and will help keep you motivated. Be prepared to see yourself and the world in a whole different way. Change is inevitable.
